We open with inquiries from Conservative lawmaker Caroline Dinenage, that leads the committee.
She initiates by offering details to the unauthorized document authored by Michael Prescott and released in a daily publication.
"It is not my wish for the British Broadcasting Corporation tilting this way or that way, My only wish is for it straight, unbiased and fair," he states.
When asked whether he thinks the BBC is structurally prejudiced, Prescott replies: "No I don't. It is important to note, tons of stuff the British Broadcasting Corporation creates is top-tier - encompassing factual and entertainment content."
Nevertheless, he states: "There exists real work that needs to be done at the BBC."
A further previous consultant British Broadcasting Corporation adviser examined by the panel, Caroline Daniel, remarks she takes the BBC with great importance and that it maintains a "continuous process and active debate" across dynamic and complex issues.
"Did the BBC prepared to engage in a proper discussion and exchange and take action?" she questions. "From my perspective, indeed, they were."
